Installation

To determine the approximate height from your vehicle’s roof to the top of your Slimline II Roof Rack:

add the height of the Slimline II Tray (50mm/2”) to the height of the Foot or Grab-on Foot listed above.

If your Slimline II Roof Rack kit uses Legs,

add the height of the Slimline II Tray (50mm/2”) to the height of the Legs to determine the height of the rack from your vehicle’s rain gutters.

If your Slimline II Roof Rack kit uses Foot Rails

add the height of the Slimline II Tray (50mm/2”) to the height of the Foot Rails to determine the height of the rack from the crown (highest point) of the vehicles roof.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at [email protected].

No Shipping outside the USA. (Some exceptions apply – if the website permits you to check out and enter your shipping address, you will receive your order.).

Shipping Options

Additionally, you can contact the carrier directly using the phone number provided on their website. They will also be able to assist you in locating your package.

Returns

The Royalrooftoptent default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Nearly all of our products have guarantee warranty policies – meaning that you will 100% get a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end – please see individual product pages for details.

Generally we accept returns up to thirty (30) business days from delivery. Items must be unopened. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please use shipping services that offer tracking. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping, and this could affect the amount of your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

A few important notes:

–Make sure to inspect the package upon delivery. Take pictures and note if there is any damage to the package. Contact sales@royalrooftoptent within 24 hours of the product being delivered if your item was damaged in transit. –Once you sign for the package you become responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of a new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange. With that in mind do not sign for damaged packages. Refuse the delivery and contact us at [email protected]. –Products must be returned unopened and unused.
